general terms and conditions
orders
by placing an order you have entered into a contractual agreement with shapeshifters information management gmbh (hereinafter: shapeshifters). you will have no right to demand delivery of any goods ordered prior to the receipt of such a written order. your order will be processed after receipt of the invoiced amount. cancellation of your order will no longer be possible after such time. all delivered goods shall remain the property of shapeshifters until payment has been effected in full.
shipping and delivery
shipping charges shall amount to the fees for delivery by standard mail. express deliveries are not possible. shapeshifters shall not be liable in any way for any damage occurring during transport.
defects
Shapeshifters is to be notified in writing of any obvious material defects within 7 days of receipt of the goods under the following address: storemanager@re-shirt.net. defective Re-Shirts are to be returned to this address:

the customer shall bear all shipping costs for returned goods. shapeshifters will offer to exchange the goods free of charge or refund their price. colors may vary from the images displayed in the online-shop and such variations shall not be considered to be a defect.
care instructions
detailed care instructions are included with each delivery. shapeshifters shall not accept any liability for any damage resulting from improper care.
privacy policy
all the data required for processing your order will be kept strictly confidential and not shared with any third parties. by placing a written order you agree to the general terms & conditions as well as the terms of delivery. the general terms & conditions as amended from time to time shall render any previous general terms and conditions invalid.
donating a shirt
we reserve the right to choose which shirts shall be used as Re-Shirts. parties who donate shirts forfeit all rights of publication and further use of the shirts they donate.
we only accept undamaged shirts of sufficient quality. we refuse to accept offensive statements or images on donated t-shirts. rejected shirts will be forwarded to non-profit organisations at our cost without further notification.
