This is the t-shirt that KLM gave me in Newcastle (UK) after they lost my luggage in Detroit, Michigan. this is the first t-shirt ever donated to re-shirt.
To continue the story: when I finally got to Newcastle, without my luggage and after a very long flight, I checked into the hotel and tried to get some sleep. After a long time and with the help of ear plugs and a sleeping mask, I finally managed to doze off. i dreamt that I was lost in a rainstorm and woke up to find the bed (and my KLM t-shirt) soaking wet and the hotel fire alarm ringing. Somehow the alarm system had been triggered and the water sprinklers went off in every room. not the best introduction to Newcastle but everything got better after that and by the time I left, I had really come to like the city. Great music culture! Where is the shirt now?

every Re-Shirt tells a unique story about its owner: e.g. career step, a journey, an unforgettable concert. we collect those shirts with a story and give them a new life with a registered Re-Shirt label.
re-use
if you become a Re-Shirt user, type in your shirt code and keep on writing the story. the longer your shirt is in use the more it helps to keep existing cotton resources in circulation.
re-think
10,000 liters of water are needed to produce a new cotton shirt. Re-Shirts save resources in a completely new way. every Re-Shirt story makes a difference.
